Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Install, configure, and upgrade IT systems and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ensure data security and compliance by managing access controls, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference and training.
- Assist in the deployment of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with IT security best practices and data protection protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
