Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently to outpatient clients, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient treatment plans and medication therapy.
- Conduct medication reviews and assessments to identify potential drug-related problems and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Manage and maintain inventory of pharmaceutical products, ensuring proper storage, expiration tracking, and stock levels.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper medication administration, storage, and disposal practices.
- Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, and advancements in drug therapy.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy (S.Si., Apt) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license (SIPA) from the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist, with preference for outpatient or clinical pharmacy experience.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, drug interactions, and medication management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practices, and continuous professional development.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
