Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately and provide comprehensive patient counseling on proper usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans and ensure medication safety.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and auditing pharmaceutical supplies.
- Lead or participate in health promotion programs, such as vaccination drives and chronic disease management workshops.
- Mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- Utilize pharmacy management software to maintain accurate patient records and streamline operations.
- Engage in community outreach to raise awareness about public health issues and preventive care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license to practice in Indonesia (Apoteker).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting (for Senior Pharmacist role).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
