Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-impact paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management.
- Analyze KPIs (CAC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, automation, and performance marketing tools.
- Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Lead reporting and presentations for stakeholders on campaign performance.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid acquisition.
- Proven success in scaling demand generation campaigns in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, or similar tools.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools or platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid setting with a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
