Responsibility
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Oracle application solutions.
- Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle ERP modules to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle applications with other systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on Oracle application functionalities.
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep Oracle applications up-to-date.
- Generate reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for Oracle applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, HRMS, SCM).
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for database management and reporting.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is highly desirable.
