Responsibility

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, workflow management, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, Logistics) to streamline processes and drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service excellence or customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or customer service operations is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and operational tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
