Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of operational and technical infrastructure to support business growth.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Finance) to align infrastructure with strategic business objectives.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and enforce SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks for operational excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) for third-party infrastructure providers.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, automation).
- Prepare and present reports on operational metrics, budget utilization, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on ICT infrastructure.
- Proven track record in system administration, network management, or IT operations in a senior capacity.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), virtualization, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
