Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at driving cost savings and improving service quality.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to forecast operational needs and resource allocation.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
