Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and best practices in alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of health conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute personalized care plans for patients.
- Mentor and train junior nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making data-driven adjustments to care strategies.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure clear communication and trust.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain one in Indonesia).
- Proven expertise in patient care, clinical assessments, and treatment planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a patient-centered approach.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management systems.
