Responsibility
- Develop and implement individualized neuro-rehabilitation programs for patients with stroke, brain injuries, and other neurological conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and neurologists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and advanced rehabilitation technologies to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior rehabilitation specialists and support staff.
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest advancements in neuro-rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery strategies and long-term care plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in neuro-rehabilitation, with a focus on stroke and brain injury recovery.
- Certification in neuro-rehabilitation (e.g., Bobath, NDT, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in using rehabilitation technologies such as robotic-assisted therapy, virtual reality, or functional electrical stimulation.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a patient-centered approach.
