Responsibility
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of data center network infrastructure.
- Manage network migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transitions.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and VMware networking solutions.
- Monitor network performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network solutions with broader infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on data center and security projects.
- Strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies (CCNP or CCIE certification preferred).
- Experience with VMware NSX or similar virtualization platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
