Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for mobile devices, laptops, and IT systems used by clinic staff.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, ensuring compliance with healthcare IT standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile applications, networks, and clinic management systems.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular system updates, security patches, and backups to safeguard sensitive patient data.
- Train staff on the use of mobile devices, software applications, and IT best practices.
- Document technical processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in IT support, mobile device management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS/Android) and healthcare IT systems.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting, cybersecurity principles, and data protection regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a clinical environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and assist non-technical staff.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Bali as needed.
