Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks for enterprise clients in Bali.
- Provide on-site technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and access points to enhance security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess network requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Conduct regular network audits and generate reports on system health, capacity, and vulnerabilities.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and ensure backup systems are operational.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and recommend upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with expertise in Cisco, Juniper, or MikroTik devices.
- Proven track record in LAN/WAN deployment, VPN configuration, and wireless networking.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali as required.
