PT Qjob Saka Gemilang is seeking a skilled IT Technician & Support Specialist to join our team in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung). In this role, you will ensure seamless network operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide top-tier support to maintain our clients’ IT systems.

Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems, including routers, switches, and cabling.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for clients in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular network performance checks and proactive maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement network solutions tailored to client needs.
- Document all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices for network integrity.
- Assist in emergency IT support and after-hours troubleshooting when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Technician, Network Support Specialist, or similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with network installation, cabling, and hardware configuration.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, and security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work independently on-site with minimal supervision.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or ITIL are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for on-site assignments.
