Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level network solutions for clients across Asia, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Provide expert consulting services to clients on network architecture, including routing, switching, wireless, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex network issues and deliver timely resolutions.
- Develop and present technical proposals, reports, and documentation in both English and Mandarin to stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements for enhanced security and efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging networking technologies, trends, and industry standards to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality network solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions to drive adoption of network best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering, consulting, or a similar role, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is required for client communications and documentation.
- Expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, including experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other leading networking technologies.
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching technologies, and network security principles.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid network architectures is a plus.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
