Responsibility
- Design and implement API-led integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring scalability, security, and reusability.
- Lead the development of RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and event-driven architectures to connect enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing integrations for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency, leveraging MuleSoftâs monitoring and analytics tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Stay abreast of MuleSoft updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven APIs, hybrid cloud integrations) to drive innovation.
- Document integration processes, APIs, and architectural decisions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft integration development, with at least 2 years in an architectural or consultancy role.
- Proven expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave.
- Hands-on experience with API design, RAML/OAS, and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or similar backend technologies for custom connector development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid integration patterns.
- Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, MuleSoft Certified Developer) are a plus.
