In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing OSS/IES/OWS system networking, ensuring seamless service rollout and operational excellence. Youâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software/hardware solutions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive innovation in network automation and digital transformation. Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), this position offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of a global tech leader.

Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and optimize OSS/IES/OWS system architectures to support network operations and service delivery.
- Install, configure, and commission software and hardware solutions for telecom and enterprise networks.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service rollout and system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network automation, performance, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in OSS, IES, and telecom automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in OSS/IES/OWS system design, deployment, or operations.
- Hands-on experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, SIP, Diameter) and telecom standards.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, scripting (Python, Bash), and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL) and system integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, global teams.
- Certifications in Huawei, Cisco, or other relevant OSS/IES technologies are a plus.
