Responsibility
- Conduct thorough medical consultations, including patient history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Provide accurate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and procedures in compliance with medical standards and hospital protocols.
- Offer patient counseling on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Perform follow-up care to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with latest medical advancements and participate in continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Medical Officer or General Practitioner.
- Proven expertise in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management across a broad range of medical conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to patient confidentiality and care.
