Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Powder Injection Molding (PIM) processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to drive project success.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to inform project decisions.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management and Powder Injection Molding (PIM).
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials science, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
