Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, components, and prototypes using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Lead cross-functional projects from conceptualization to production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for mechanical designs and improvements.
- Collaborate with electrical, civil, and software engineers to integrate multidisciplinary solutions.
- Optimize mechanical systems for performance, durability, and energy efficiency.
- Prepare and present technical reports, specifications, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Oversee manufacturing processes, vendor selection, and quality control for mechanical components.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, R&D, or manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS) and PLM systems.
- Strong knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and structural analysis.
- Experience with project management (Agile, Waterfall) and team leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-precision environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
