Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between site teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols and quality control measures are followed.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and permitting processes in Bali.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
