Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of exhaust systems for automotive and industrial applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analyses to ensure system efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee the testing and validation of exhaust systems to ensure they meet performance, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and project plans.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and reduce costs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and exhaust system technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on exhaust systems.
- Proven expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, CFD).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to exhaust systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in project management and leading engineering teams is a plus.
