Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of ACMV/HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects.
- Oversee low-voltage system integrations, ensuring seamless functionality and compliance.
- Interpret and validate mechanical drawings, schematics, and BIM models for project accuracy.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align mechanical systems with project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and performance testing to ensure systems meet energy efficiency and safety standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance protocols for long-term system reliability.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project timelines for client presentations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; PE (Professional Engineer) license is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in ACMV/HVAC systems and mechanical building services.
- Proven track record in project management for large-scale installations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM software for design and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of local and international mechanical codes (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia or travel as required.
