Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract high-caliber undergraduate applicants to NTU’s business programs.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with admissions, faculty, and external partners to create compelling content and promotional materials (brochures, videos, webinars).
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Manage the programme’s website and CRM systems to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Organize and execute student recruitment events, both virtual and in-person, including open houses and info sessions.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (application rates, conversion metrics, ROI) to refine strategies.
  • Foster relationships with schools, counselors, and education agents to expand outreach networks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, higher ed, or professional services.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual ability is a plus.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging, student-centric content.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices and social media strategies.
