Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies and annual plans to enhance Beatrice Clothing's brand equity.
- Manage and oversee all public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and official company statements.
- Lead influencer marketing initiatives by identifying, reaching out to, and managing relationships with key fashion influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure all marketing collateral, social media content, and advertising materials align with the brand identity.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand positioning and growth.
- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and fashion showcases.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure consistent internal communication to keep all departments aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful integrated marketing campaigns and managing media relations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong networking abilities with established contacts in the media and influencer landscape.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and current fashion trends.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
