Responsibility

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Spearhead tooling and fixture design, ensuring alignment with production requirements and industry best practices.
  • Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce defects, and improve cycle times.
  • Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve technical challenges and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, yield, scrap rates) and propose data-driven solutions for performance enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) in all manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in electronics, automotive, or precision engineering industries.
  • Proven expertise in process optimization, tooling design, and DFM (Design for Manufacturability).
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Minitab, MATLAB, or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
