Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable SAP BW HANA solutions with integrated AI capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end data modeling and analytics projects for Fortune 500 clients.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models using SAP AI tools.
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for real-time analytics.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership on SAP HANA migrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging SAP AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP BW HANA, with expertise in AI/ML integration.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale analytics projects.
- Certification in SAP BW/4HANA or SAP AI solutions (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud).
- Fluency in English; ability to work in a global team.
