Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end technical design of infrastructure solutions, including cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), hybrid, and on-premise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, technicians, project managers) to define architecture roadmaps and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend scalable, cost-effective technologies and tools to meet business and operational requirements.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of all infrastructure components through rigorous planning and testing.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, standards, and implementation guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Assess and mitigate technical risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST).
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring system performance and proposing optimizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a Solutions Architect role.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid/on-premise architectures.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, storage, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
