Responsibility
- Execute manual test cases to validate web and CRM application functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track software defects.
- Utilize Claude AI to enhance test scenarios and improve testing efficiency.
- Ensure all features meet business requirements and user acceptance criteria.
- Perform regression testing to verify fixes and updates in new software releases.
- Create detailed test reports and provide feedback to developers and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester or similar role in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Experience with testing web applications, CRM systems, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Claude AI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for clear communication with global teams.
- Basic knowledge of bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management software.
