Join Palo Alto Networks, the global cybersecurity leader, as our Senior Manager, Safety and Security (EHS) for the JAPAC region. In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) strategy across Asia-Pacific, ensuring a secure and compliant workplace for our teams while driving operational excellence. This is a remote-based opportunity with a preference for candidates located in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).

Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive EHS strategy for the JAPAC region, aligning with global standards and local regulations.
- Lead the design and execution of safety and security programs, including risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency response planning.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety performance through data analysis, audits, and employee training programs.
- Oversee the management of security protocols, including physical security, access control, and crisis management.
- Foster a culture of safety and security awareness through engagement initiatives, communication campaigns, and leadership alignment.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt EHS policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EHS-related inquiries, incidents, and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, NEBOSH) are a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in EHS management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing EHS programs in a multinational or regional context.
- Strong knowledge of JAPAC regulations, including Indonesian EHS laws and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHA).
- Experience in security management, including physical security, risk assessment, and crisis response.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
