Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for NPI programs, aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality, to drive project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to minimize disruptions to project schedules and outcomes.
- Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize NPI processes, reduce time-to-market, and enhance product quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Celesticaâs internal policies and procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), project management, or program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-visibility projects in a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, supply chain operations, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across global teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to manage teams and projects across different time zones.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
