We are seeking a dynamic, resilient, and experienced Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure to drive our digital transformation and ensure seamless, secure, and scalable technology operations across our growing network of schools in Southeast Asia.
In this strategic role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with educational excellence and operational efficiency. Responsibility
- Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity systems.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a 3-5 year IT roadmap aligned with EtonHouse’s growth objectives and educational technology needs.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Cloud & Hybrid Solutions: Design and optimize hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure) to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, local laws).
- Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless IT services.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Establish and test disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor IT expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and justify investments to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, AWS/Azure Architect) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in education or multinational organizations).
- Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with enterprise networks, cloud platforms, virtualization, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive digital transformation, and align IT strategy with business goals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Resilience in fast-paced, multicultural environments with a willingness to relocate to Bali.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with EdTech solutions, ERP systems, and compliance standards in international education is advantageous.
