Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on IT hardware, servers, and networking equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of network devices, software, and systems.
- Document all maintenance activities, incidents, and resolutions in detailed technical logs.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to diagnose complex problems and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for IT security and operations.
- Provide on-call support for critical system failures and emergencies.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT maintenance, network support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments and virtualization technologies.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection measures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
