Responsibility
- Implement and manage Adobe Launch tagging frameworks to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure seamless integration of Adobe tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Adobe solutions and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Adobe Launch and other Adobe products.
- Provide training and support to team members on Adobe technologies.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Adobe implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest Adobe features and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with governance and security policies for Adobe solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with tag management systems and digital analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Certification in Adobe products is a plus.
