Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic IT client success plans to drive retention and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing escalations and fostering trust.
  • Analyze client needs and align IT solutions to maximize business value.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to continuously improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications
