Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end healthcare transformation projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize polyclinic operations, improving patient flow, service delivery, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including medical professionals, administrators, and external partners, to drive project success.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance and patient outcomes.
- Oversee budgeting, risk assessment, and compliance for all projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project milestones, track KPIs, and present progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare operations to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects in healthcare or medical facilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA) and healthcare IT systems.
- Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
