Responsibility
- Lead and manage centralized accounts payable and treasury operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily financial activities, including cash flow management, vendor payments, and intercompany transactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial processes and systems, leveraging technology where applicable.
- Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance scalability and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing AP, treasury, or financial shared services.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls within a multinational or regional organization.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial software tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, and local Indonesian financial regulations is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
