Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML, AI, and data science to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the ML team.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI development.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment tools.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
