Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models into production.
- Optimize and maintain asynchronous services for high-performance AI applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine model architectures and improve accuracy.
- Implement robust data pipelines and preprocessing workflows to support ML training and inference.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in ML engineering.
- Work closely with product teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with asynchronous programming and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
