Responsibility
- Design and implement logistics strategies for healthcare infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with operational and financial goals.
- Develop supply chain models for hospital developments, including procurement, storage, and distribution of medical equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to optimize facility layouts for efficiency and patient flow.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments for logistics operations, recommending improvements to enhance sustainability and cost savings.
- Oversee the implementation of logistics software and tools to streamline inventory management and tracking.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on logistics performance, KPIs, and project milestones to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for healthcare logistics and supply chain management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot logistics challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- A Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics planning, preferably within healthcare, construction, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization, inventory management, and facility logistics.
- Strong proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex logistics challenges.
- Experience working in Asia Pacific markets and familiarity with local regulations and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
