Responsibility
- Ensure all business activities of ABM Group comply with Indonesian laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company’s operations and recommend proactive measures.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and government agencies to resolve legal disputes and regulatory issues.
- Conduct legal due diligence for business transactions, partnerships, and investments.
- Develop and implement legal training programs for employees to enhance compliance awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of legal documents, licenses, and permits to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; Master’s degree (LL.M.) or certification in corporate law is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal roles, preferably in the energy, investment, or multinational sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and a proactive approach to legal risk management.
- Experience working with government agencies, external legal counsel, and regulatory bodies is advantageous.
