Responsibility
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage legal risks by identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business initiatives while maintaining legal integrity.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry trends that may impact the company.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; admission to the bar is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
