Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven KOL strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-impact influencers (macro, micro, and nano) in the beauty and lifestyle space.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation packages with creators and agencies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (engagement rates, conversions, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor KOL activities.
- Create compelling briefs and content guidelines for influencers to maintain brand consistency.
- Build long-term relationships with top creators to foster authentic, recurring partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital PR, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record of successful KOL campaigns with measurable impact on brand growth.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or influencer platforms (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of SEA (Southeast Asia) influencer landscape and cultural nuances.
- Familiarity with content creation trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and platform best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
