Responsibility

  • Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling brand narratives and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, CTR, ROI) to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Oversee website and platform UX/UI to ensure a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners to expand brand reach.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure order fulfillment and post-purchase satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and engagement through digital channels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
