Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date student and stakeholder information.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Monitor and analyze student engagement metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to automate workflows and enhance communication efficiency.
- Provide technical and operational support for CRM tools, troubleshooting issues and training end-users.
- Generate custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes by researching industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or custom platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and automation tools is advantageous.
