Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail and FMCG clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence in the retail sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
