Responsibility
- Provide high-level IT support to senior executives and leadership teams.
- Manage and maintain executive AV equipment and ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with expat leadership to address IT needs and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Oversee IT infrastructure and ensure system reliability and security.
- Mentor and guide junior IT support staff.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of AV equipment and executive support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and expat teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications in IT support or related areas are a plus.
- Experience in a multicultural work environment is preferred.
