Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end restructuring and modernization of corporate administration, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement scalable operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Legal) to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of ERP, CRM, and automation tools.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor operational health and report insights to the executive team.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, risk management, and corporate governance standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and change management.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align operational strategies with business growth and expansion plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in restructuring corporate functions, process improvement, and digital transformation.
- Strong expertise in operational frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and enterprise software (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Experience working in multinational or fast-paced environments, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
