Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and integration strategies.
- Lead code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency in database design and SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
