Responsibility
- Assist in managing and updating inventory records using digital tools and spreadsheets.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reports to ensure optimal inventory control.
- Perform data entry and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Support the maintenance and organization of computer systems and peripherals.
- Prepare and present data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data sorting).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with basic IT concepts and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Available for a part-time commitment (minimum 20 hours per week).
